What’s Covered By Your Grant

Eligible costs are set by the program. We quote your project against your approved scope — no surprises.

The Attestation, Explained

In Plain Language: the program requires your contractor to sign a federal form confirming the installed heat pump can heat your entire home — every floor, every conditioned room. No attestation, no completed file. We sign this form on every oil-to-heat-pump job we do — it’s part of our standard process, not an extra.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I Need To Have Applied Already?
The federal intake for new applications closed in July 2026, so this page is for homeowners whose grants are already approved. If you haven’t applied, select “Haven’t Applied” on the form above — there may be other options for your home, and we’re happy to discuss them.
What Is The Contractor Attestation?
A mandatory federal form your contractor signs after installation, confirming the heat pump system can distribute heat throughout your entire home and that the equipment is eligible under the program. You upload it to the program portal with your receipts. We complete and sign it on every oil-to-heat-pump project.
What If My Oil Tank Is Hard To Access?
Tell us on the form or during the site visit. We work with a licensed oil burner technician who handles tank removals of all kinds, and we’ll confirm access and plan the removal before quoting.
How Long Does Installation Take?
Most oil-to-heat-pump conversions are completed in a few days, depending on the system type and whether electrical upgrades are needed. We’ll give you a clear schedule with your quote — and we plan every project to finish well before the January 31, 2027 document deadline.
Do You Handle The Portal Upload?
No — the homeowner uploads documents to the program portal. We give you everything you need: the signed attestation, paid invoice, and equipment details with AHRI numbers, organized and ready to submit.
